Job description
At Faslet, we’re looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator who brings energy, curiosity, and a strong drive to help us scale. You’ll play a key role in keeping our brand top-of-mind with future clients by creating impactful content, running our monthly nurture flow, and supporting Sales and agents with the right materials at the right moment. You’ll also take ownership of our event presence across Europe, from planning and logistics to ensuring Faslet shows up professionally at every touchpoint. Being open to using AI and new tools is a big plus, as it helps you work faster and smarter in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Our AI-powered platform combines smart sizing recommendations with emerging virtual try-on technology, making it easier for every shopper to order the right size in one go. From technical wear to denim to tailored pieces, we support a wide range of brands across Europe who want to elevate customer experience and drive sustainable growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and our external agent.
- Create and manage social content, newsletters, case snippets, and 1-pagers that support Sales and agents.
- Keep our ICP warm with monthly nurture emails, CRM list management, and simple campaign flows.
- Coordinate all event activities, including booth materials, logistics, partner support, and onsite execution.
- Ensure consistent branding across pitch decks, templates, and outreach materials.
- Work closely with Sales to turn engaged leads into demos and pilots.
Requirements
- +2 years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing with a strong execution mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Confident in writing clear, value-focused content for LinkedIn, email, and sales materials.
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Canva/Figma, and LinkedIn.
- Strong project management skills, able to keep a full marketing calendar on track.
- Proactive, structured, and able to work independently across teams.
- Strong eye for visual consistency and able to protect Faslet’s brand style across all assets.
- Able to turn raw content (pilot results, case snippets, event photos) into clean, professional marketing assets without needing a designer.
Nice to have
- Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or retail tech.
- Background in event coordination or field marketing.
- Basic design capability for visuals and booth assets.
- Understanding of partner marketing or marketplaces.
- Ability to turn product/pilot insights into simple, compelling stories.
