Your impact: As part of this team, you will be at the heart of our mission to unleash creativity. You'll be empowering our clients to outperform the competition by building, selling, or supporting the tools that turn data into high-impact, personalized ads at scale.
What will you do
- Own and streamline the end-to-end publishing setup across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, CM360, DV360, Snapchat and more - from reference campaigns to scalable automation.
- Translate campaign requirements into robust Cape.io configurations, ensuring accurate mappings, naming conventions, asset structures and platform-specific compliance.
- Test, validate and optimize publishing flows, identifying edge cases and improving reliability, performance and scalability across markets and formats.
- Guide clients in adopting self-service workflows, providing hands-on support, clear documentation and best-practice setups that reduce manual intervention over time.
What will you bring
- Language Skills: Fluency in English with strong communication skills for both internal collaboration and client-facing interactions.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (Meta, Google Marketing Platform, social and display channels) and how campaign structures translate into technical setups or strong willingness to learn.
- A detail-driven mindset with the ability to manage complex, highly configurable systems without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Experience with campaign operations, feed structures, automation logic or technical implementations in an ad tech or martech environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude: comfortable testing, troubleshooting and working closely with clients to make sophisticated workflows feel simple.
