What will you do
Strategic Market Mastery
- Deeply understand the creative & media landscape where advertisers, agencies, and media platforms intersect, ensuring our technical solutions align with the broader ecosystem.
- Apply an analytical mindset to specialize in the specific market Cape.io operates in, staying ahead of trends to keep our clients competitive.
- Build trust with demanding users by communicating transparently about responsibilities, technical constraints, and mutual commitments.
Product & Technical Strategy
- Align with the Creative Automation product team on technical feasibility, translating complex client needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Design solutions that balance the "now" and the "next" maintaining short-term momentum for the client while safeguarding the long-term stability and scalability of our platform.
- Bridge the gap between Sales and Service Delivery by collaborating with the implementation and support teams to ensure a flawless transition for every new client.
Client Management & Advisory
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients through expert troubleshooting and strategic support.
- Take ownership of leading and guiding verticals in adopting best practices and implementing new solutions tailored to their unique business needs.
- Be the voice of the customer by gathering feedback on product performance and identifying areas for future improvement.
Sales Support & Solution Engineering
- Partner directly with the sales team to decode customer requirements and propose technical solutions for a perfect, tailored product fit.
- Master Cape.io’s technical capabilities to effectively communicate product benefits, address complex inquiries, and provide the clarity needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
What will you bring
- Experience: 3–4 years in a similar mid-level role, ideally within a digital marketing SaaS company or on the ad operations side of a media agency.
- Domain expertise: A strong background in paid social, programmatic display, and/or OLV buying.
- Technical stack: Proficiency with DSPs such as Google Marketing Platform (GMP), Amazon, Adform, The Trade Desk, etc.
- Communication: Fluency in Dutch and English is essential. You must be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical & eager to learn: An analytical mindset with the drive to specialize in our specific niche and stay curious about market shifts.
- Relationship building: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to build long-term trust with high-stakes clients.
- Problem solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently without losing sight of the deadline.
- Collaborative spirit: A natural ability to work seamlessly with both sales and product teams to achieve a common goal.
