The role and the team
Within our Marketing Team we are looking for a Growth Marketeer; someone that is data-driven, innovative and driven to contribute to the success of our company. You enjoy performing analysis, coming up with new ways to improve campaign performance and project managing the production of a campaign. You will play a key role in achieving our growth goals. Responsibilities
- Analyze current campaigns and come up with ideas for new campaigns while working closely with our Chief Growth Officer and Head of Marketing.
- Heavily involved in booking and reporting ad campaigns on our platforms and app.
- Work with various stakeholders within the company: Data Analytics, Data Science, Product Owners and the Content & Design Team to continuously optimize current and new campaigns.
- Handle customer care by answering questions promptly and effectively, ensuring excellent service at all times.
- Assist with various marketing activities, including supporting email marketing campaigns, social media activities, and copywriting, to ensure consistent messaging and drive engagement across channels.
- Take campaigns from ideation to launch, planning, and getting in visuals, targetting to booking the campaigns.
- Be involved in mapping and optimizing the customer journey of both existing and new users.
- Requirements
- 2- 4 years experience.
- You are enthusiastic, communicatively strong and enjoy contributing new ideas.
- You have experience in booking and analysing advertising campaigns.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and like to find ways to solve things
- when you run into roadblocks.
- You work well with different teams within a company.
- You enjoy working with data and diving into it.
- You speak and write English fluently.

Our hiring process
- Apply: Apply for a role, and we will contact you.
- HR Interview (online): One of our recruiters will contact you, because we’d really like to find out more about you and to see if there is a culture fit between you and XITE. During this interview you can ask all your questions about the company.
- Interview with Head of Marketing: In this interview you will have an interview with our Chief Growth Officer and Head of Marketing, also your future manager. You will dive deeper into the role, your knowledge and experience.
- Assignment & meet the team: You will work on an assignment in our office which you directly discuss afterwards with our Head of Marketing. You will also meet the rest of the Marketing Team!
- Reference check: We ask you for 2 references that we can give a call and ask a few questions as a part of our hiring process.
